Where to start. Family runs the business and first of all the apartments is extremely clen and well maintained. I have newer been in beter place in all of Grece. Yorgos and his family are the best class host we could imagine. He will wait for you and leave a cold Mytos for you in fridge when you arrive from hot trip and give you a prepared document about all of Furka and surroundings. And he will be available for anything you need. We really felt like we were staying at a friends rather than a rentred apartment. The AC was working perfectly. Internet can be compared to the speed of a home one ( unlike most of other places I have been in Greece where it is slow as hell ). Towels are changed on two days. Kitchen is equiped with all you need during stay. Would i return again ? 100 % yes. Would I recomend it? 110 % yes

The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and accommodating to all our our needs. Great location, lovely little touches, overall a 10/10 property.

Everything literally. We didn’t see a thing that we could complain about . More so the location is beautiful .

sound proofing wasn’t that good .

the place is very clean, at least on arrival. the room is equiped with everything needed, even a beach umbrella, except maybe a grill and a washing machine. the bathroom is well equiped with quality soap, shower gel, shampoos. the host is very helpful and overall I think does a good job with the existing conditions.

it is difficult to review this property. should we consider the price as well? we payed 75 eur per night between July 06-14. this could be considered a fair price for a room close to the sea during the middle of the season, though I think it is on the more expensive side. it is not a hotel, after all, it is just a room in a house. I don't think I would rebook the property knowing what I know now, I would rather pay a little more and get better conditions, but this depends on everyone's budget, of course. I'll simply tell the facts: walking distance to the beach is around 3-4 minutes. the beach near the hotel is not that great, it is a bit dirty, very crowded and has a type of sand that is very sticky compared to other beaches. but the water is ok for kids. the rooms are very small and the bathroom is even smaller. at 1.93 I had to do minor acrobatics to sit on the toilet. everything seems to be targeted at kids or people of 1.60 in height. I was able to look in the bathroom mirror only by sitting on my knees. since there is no shower cabin, every time you take a shower, the whole bathroom floor gets full of water. knifes in the kitchen are almost useless as only one did a decent job at cutting. cleaning and replacing sheets and towels was done every 2 days and for us they missed a day, so 3 times for 8 nights. cleaning did not seem to include the sinks, dishes or toilet. on the sea side where everything gets full of sand, cleaning and replacing sheets and towels should be done daily in my opinion, but of course this is not a 5* hotel. the room had a mop and bucket included. the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. the mattress on the bed was ok, but the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

everything was fine perfectly cleaned rooms everyday. george support everytime for everything thanks for his attitudes to guests

maybe they can improve hot button for shower for shorter time waiting for bath.
