Jan’s place is amazing! This is the second time I’m staying here and if im back in the area I’ll stay again. Everything that you need to relax and enjoy after a busy day at work. Close to shops, beach, some restaurants but once you get in you won’t get out. The sunset is one of the best i saw in years! A good glass of wine and dinner in the deck is a must!

Lovely accommodation with stunning views. Exceptionally appointed unit with quality items on hand. Nice touch was drinks and cheese board? Only negative is parking, tricky space to navigate.

If I had known how nice this way going to be, I would have planned a longer stay. What a beautiful location and space, with a view of the ocean, beach and Kapiti Island. Very comfortable and hosts are very generous with providing some food/beverage items. Dedicated area for food prep was more than sufficient. Useful binder of information about the unit and area. Easy walk to a small area with some shopping and dining options, as well as a large reserve and the option to talk a long ways along the beach. Hosts were good about communication and tolerated a screw-up on my part.

Great views great lady to deal with and a awesome place too relax highly recommend.
