As soon as we arrived we were met by the friendly owners and shown around the property . The property to a high standard and was in a superb location with views from the balcony . fantastic base for exploring the Malverns and areas around .

Super large place with very comfortable seating and beds. Balcony with table and chairs overlooking the countryside. Large TV with netflix and YouTube. The owner kindly showed us his vintage cars and his F1 memorabilia, absolutely fascinating. Well worth booking.

We thought it was a two bedroom two bathroom apartment but when you book as a couple you only have access to one bedroom and one bathroom. Fortunately we had the twin bedroom but a bit of a walk and up spiral stairs to the bathroom in the night. I'm mid 70's so it was not ideal for me. However I wouldn't hesitate to return to this place.

The location was excellent for a restful break in the country. Ideal for visiting Hereford and other local places of interest.

Exceptional condition and quality

2 points - a little difficult to find as the postcode leaves you on the side of a field but with still 3/4 mile to drive. There was confusion with Booking.com as we wanted and thought we had booked 2 adults using 2 rooms but the booking was made as 2 adults in 1 room.

Very friendly host. Lovely quiet location and very comfortable accommodation set in nice grounds. Lots of good walking and interesting places to visit within easy reach. Would definitely stay here again.

The location with its fantastic view from the balcony and lots of grass for dogs to play and conveniently situated.

A lovely comfortable cottage, lovely balcony and a large comfortable bed. Very clean and well appointed.

Lovely welcome. Excellent views from the balcony. Very handy for the Three Counties Showground. Definitely recommend it; booked to stay again.
