Clean, Great Facility, Well organised

Prima uitvalsbasis tussen Bonn en Keulen. Station op loopafstand. Diverse winkels heel dichtbij. TV haperde, na contact met de host werd dit snel opgelost.

Die Wohnung ist freiläufig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist okay, sowohl mit Bahn und Auto gut erreichbar - Parkplätze ebenfalls vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fusläufig vorhanden. Über den Balkon bekommt man frische Luft. Die große Dusche mit angenehm weichen Wasser ist ein besonderes highlight!

Das Kochfeld ist zu klein, selbst Spaghetti Bolognese muss man in Etappen kochen. Ausstattung der Küche lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, Besteck reicht gerade so aus, wenn man beim Kochen nicht schon einen Löffel benutzt hat. Schall-Isolation ist nicht so gut, man hört zwischen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer alles, und auch Dinge von den Nachbarn.

We visited as a family of 4 with two children for 2 nights. We were on the top floor, the apartment was surprisingly spacious, very clean and well maintained. The entrance with code went very smoothly. Parking was not a problem, we found a spot right in front of the property the first day and on the street in front of it the next one. Bathroom was spotless, comfortable shower. Hairdrier with accessories, towels and hand soap were also available. We did not use the kitchen but as far as I could see there was everything you would need to prep and cook a meal! The balcony was quite big with table and chairs. Roller shutters in the living room to black out the sun in the early morning.

Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Echter vergeet je douche spullen niet want er is geen dispenser maar is uiteraard ook geen hotel

Tolle, zentrale Lage. Der Rhein mit Rheinpark, die City und die Linie 16 sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Restaurants und Supermärkte liegen ebenfalls vor der Tür. Die Apartments sind freundlich eingerichtet mit allem, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Sie sind sauber mit Balkon und Terrasse Richtung Garten. Herr Grubich ist hilfsbereit und bemüht bei Schwierigkeiten sofort eine gute Lösung zu finden. Danke dafür.
