Все в стройке, грязно, слышно все что происходит в соседней комнате. Как заходишь в номер, то хочется сразу уйти. Дверь закрывается на хилый замочек

Poor breakfast, poor equiped room and service

Perfect location, 8 minutes to the beach, good (small pebbles), easily accessible and free. 6-10 minutes to several bus stops, you can travel to different destinations without the need to go to the bus terminal. The street is very quiet and nice, the building is planned well, and you never hear other guests. Wi Fi is very good. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our apartment was on the 1st floor and we used the air conditioning only rarely, an advantage for us. There is a small yard around the house where you can sit in the evening.

In one of the rooms the shutter on one of the windows did not work (but we were offered a much better and more expensive apartment as compensation which was very generous, actually too generous so we did not move)). The dining area was separated from the kitchen which is not very convenient (in our apartment only, I believe). Our balcony was completely closed with railings, however they all are on ground floors, and the balcony was not advertised at all so it was a nice surprise to have one. There are no bedside tables and no wall or table lights in the rooms.
