Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Very well kept grounds.

We were charged EUR 20 / night, i.e. EUR 180 for having our dog with us. While the website did say that there may be extra charges for a dog, it did not say the price. EUR 180 is excessive. Price should be clearly stated on website in advance and lower.

The apartment was clean and of decent size. The whole complex is very pleasant with trees and green everywhere and the pool is also good sized. Overall it's a pleasant place for a couple of days in bracciano.

It is only accessible by car, but again you would not go to Bracciano without. Breakfast is very simple with a few sweet options (some of which looked homemade) but not a lot of choice. Coffee was good though!

You definitely need to have a car as restaurants are too far away to walk. Staff in the bar by the swimming pool were very helpful and always tried to help even English was hard to understand

I expected something more for breakfast but otherwise it was eggs, cereals, bread, some pies and tasty Italian coffee. You could use swimming pool, but needed to pay 3 euros per sunbed for 1/2 day which I found very strange.

Units were well laid out in the grounds and felt private from other guests.

Showers were either scalding hot or freezing cold, the fridge in our room didn't work, door couldn't be opened from the outside without the key so we were always worried about locking ourselves out.

Each room is like a 1 bedroom apartment with a private full bathroom, living room and kitchenette. The A/C was great! (Even though the owners give you a bit of a hard time about using A/C.) Pool was amazing and the guys working the espresso bar at the pool are awesome. It's about a 10 minute drive to any of the restaurants/activities, so you'll definitely need to have a car there. We were there with a large group for a wedding and it was perfect because it was like we all had our own little apartments in this complex. The only thing we really had issues with was the mattresses being quite old and uncomfortable.

I do not like having to write an other than glowing review of any business, but feel compelled considering the overnight rate of this hotel. On the positive side, there is a lovely pool and the Lake region is absolutely wonderful for food, tourist attractions and relaxing walks on the water. The residence itself is lacking in many ways. WiFi is only available in the reception area so don't expect to be able to log on from your cabin which is a short walk away. We did not find the owners particularly helpful or friendly, and although we tried out our limited Italian to communicate, we didn't get far. The shower was terrible, vacillating from hot to cold and although we complained, nothing was done about it. The two single beds were also very small. We did get clean sheets and towels throughout our 5 day stay (even though they smelled strongly of vinegar). Breakfast was very average consisting of pure packaged sweet buns, Coco Pops, etc however there was yoghurt and cold bread available. The facility seems to double as a school so there were cute kids running about during the day. There is plenty of parking but you will need a car to get to any of the lakeside towns from here. I would not stay here again, but I would certainly come back to Lake Bracciano.
