Usciva acqua dal condizionatore. La chiave non entrava perfettamente nella serratura della porta e del portone d ingresso principale, dovendo impiegare molto tempo per aprire ee accedere.

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Aber kein Frühstück dazu buchen, denn das ist sehr enttäuschend.

Haben extra Frühstück dazu gebucht, das allerdings wirklich schlecht war. Alles lieblos angerichtet und wirklich nur das allerbilligste und das in einem Raum, der nicht sehr sauber war.

The place looks beautiful the cleaning staff are amazing

Got asked to leave halfway through my stay and was told to leave or owner would call police all because I spoke up about my friends suitcase repeatedly getting broken into by one of the girls we were sharing a room with. Owner told us not to call the police yet called the police behind our backs. Was the worst hostel experience I've ever had and I've travelled Thailand, Costa Rica, Mexico and Bali. The guy didn't care that I had no way of booking a new accommodation as my phone didn't work in Spain for phone calls. There was also a bug in my bed which the cleaning staff dealt with. There is a refugee girl staying in the hotel long term and she was really unhappy with having to share her space with us as guests, understandable as it can't be good for her mental health being vulnerable and being forced to share a room with tourists. She took the remote control for air con and all toilet roll for 6 girls to share and put it in her bed, I took an photo and showed a volunteer I think Sebastian and he asked me to leave or he would call the police. Horrific, corrupt, nearly ruined my stay, luckily both Hostel Rosa and Casa Caracol helped me by accommodating me for the rest of my stay.
