Functional complete kitchen

Reception has no staff on duty most of the time. Elevator stopped functioning second day. The stairs to reach upper rooms were dark and not lit at night. It was chilly in the room on arrival and took 24hrs. To warm up. The loft sleeping area is also open to main bedroom so light and sound travel freely = zero privacy. We were given end unit close to main road which is very noisy and busy even at night. There is no door to the main bedroom.
