Бронировал номер на одну ночь, с четверга на пятницу. Долго выбирал, читал отзывы и сомневался, но, приехав на место, убедился, что выбор был верным. После прибытия, около 16-17 часов проблем с парковкой у отеля не было. На ресепшене нас встретила очень приятная девушка, которая ответила на все вопросы. Также в качестве приятного бонуса мы получили бесплатный доступ к сауне в SPA. SPA небольшое, но после прогулки по городу было очень приятно там расслабиться. В номере было тихо и комфортно. На пятом этаже есть интересная зона отдыха с видом. На завтраке выбор небольшой, но нам всего хватило. Очень понравилось расположение, рядом вход в главную достопримечательность (Царевец), рядом есть несколько кафе и небольшой продуктовый магазин.

Кофемашина на завтраке временно не работала, но девушка с ресепшена любезно помогла нам, как и другим гостям, приготовив кофе из капсул отдельно. При входе в номер ощущался небольшой затхлый запах, но после проветривания это уже не доставляло дискомфорта. В целом эти мелкие особенности с лихвой компенсировались другими преимуществами, и мы остались довольны выбором этого отеля.

Cel mai saracacios si prost calitativ mic dejun întâlnit pana acum. Bazinul de apa de la wc era defect.

"Great location, Great Staff but poor spa"

The location is great. A nice walk into town and access to the fortress

The spa was not that great. Both Saunas were not working and its not a very welcoming space. They should take the name spa out of the name Also the breakfast was average at best
