Good price close to attractions, mattress was very comfy and the place was kept very clean

No aircon in the room the fan was alright it was adequate.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the bathrobes provided for the SPA area to the excellent Tribal toiletries. The SPA was relaxing, and the breakfast, while not very extensive, was very good. A special mention goes to the young boy at the reception, who was incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. Thank you for making our stay in Veliko Tarnovo so enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Aproape de cetate, curat, zona spa foarte bună ❤️ Magazine în zona. Muzica relaxantă în baie Personal prietenos și dornic să te ajute Perne confortabile

Pentru un boutique de 4 stele micul dejun a fost slab(Calitatea produselor lasa de dorit:omleta era cam nefăcută, salamul avea un gust ciudat, etc). Nu am avut uscător de păr la baie însă s a remediat imediat situația.

Rude management that treats their staff like shit. Air conditioning even on full blast didn't noticeably cool down the room. Room smelled like sewer. They must have very old pipes. Breakfast was rather meh. They are trying to game reviews and soliciting 5-star reviews for turning on the sauna. This place isn't worth the money. Don't fall for it.
