The hotel had a great central location, making it easy to reach everything we wanted to see. The staff were the real highlight — extremely polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They clearly did their best despite the circumstances.

Unfortunately the hotel felt understaffed, and there was a persistent strange smell in both our room and the common areas — the heavy use of air freshener made us suspect an underlying mold issue. The breakfast was very sparse and looked nothing like the photos, and the coffee machine wasn't working, so staff handed out a single cup of vending-machine coffee per person. The AC was also a real problem: even set to 16°C and running non-stop, the room never dropped below 25°C.
