"Various things need fixing - good location"

Liked location. Beds are fine. Bathroom fine if they fix a few broken things.

4 bedrooms, 7 people =fine. 4 wine glasses and similar water glasses. Needs to take care of what is missing / broken before renting out. The only coffee making is Nespresso and if you want to make your good coffee the small casserole has no handle. We bought some stuff we needed for using the chicken. Should do better for the price. I contacted owner about few things, e.g. each room has a safe, but only one worked and he could not be bothered to fix it. We stayed 8 nights. Shampoo container in bathroom was empty at arriving, owner told where we could find reserve The rail for towel was broken.

The location is excellent and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again!

The elevator only takes 1 person at the time, so going up with a large group can take some time.

"A lovely, affordable apartment in the center of the city"

1) The interior of the house is modernized (high ceiling) 2) It's convenient to have one bathroom per room 3) It locates at a great spot in the city, central to everything

1) The AC didn't work 3 out of 4 rooms, either leaking water or not cold enough 2) The old elevator was slow, small, and didn't work all the time 3) We couldn't leave the luggage after the checkout
