ACCOMMODATION TERMS, ONLINE BOOKING AGREEMENT & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION BEDSY S.R.L. By completing a reservation through booking.com platform, the Guest (“Cardholder”) enters into a legally binding agreement with BEDSY S.R.L. under Romanian law and EU regulations, including eIDAS Regulation (EU) 910/2014 and GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679. 1. PROPERTY INFORMATION & OPERATING RULES Reception hours: 09:00 – 22:00 Check-in: 14:00 – 22:00 Only! Check-out: 10:30 AM Minimum age: 18 years No curfew 2. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION (CARD-NOT-PRESENT) By confirming the booking, the Guest expressly authorizes BEDSY S.R.L. to: Charge the full reservation amount at any time prior to arrival Pre-authorize, block, or charge the card before, during, or after the stay Charge the same payment method for any additional fees, damages, or unpaid services This authorization is valid without additional written consent and constitutes explicit approval for recurring and post-stay charges. 3. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / CANCELLATION POLICY All reservations are: Non-refundable Non-transferable Non-cancellable In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16, accommodation services for specific dates are exempt from withdrawal rights. NO-SHOW & NON-USE POLICY In case of no-show, the total reservation amount is charged in full and is non-refundable and forfeited The reservation is not valid for partial use, delayed arrival, or postponed stay under any circumstances No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or refusal of service. 4. POST-STAY & SECURITY AUTHORIZATION The Guest explicitly authorizes BEDSY S.R.L. to: Charge after departure for damages or missing items Charge for rule violations identified after check-out Retain responsibility for all costs until full settlement 5. NO CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT The Guest acknowledges that: All charges are clearly disclosed Services are considered delivered upon check-in availability Disputes must first be addressed directly with the property The Guest agrees not to initiate unjustified chargebacks for valid transactions. Any dispute will be handled under Romanian jurisdiction. 6. LIABILITY The Guest is fully responsible for: Their own conduct Actions of any accompanying persons Any damage, loss, or violations during the stay After check-out, voluntary stay is not permitted. Only guests with a valid and fully paid reservation may remain on the premises. Failure to comply with this policy will result in an automatic charge for the following night's stay. 7. DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE By completing the booking (online, third-party platform) the Guest confirms: ☑ Full acceptance of all terms ☑ Explicit payment authorization ☑ Agreement to all potential charges ☑ Electronic signature validity under eIDAS Regulation 8. GOVERNING LAW This agreement is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts located at the registered address of BEDSY S.R.L. 9. BEDSY reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge your credit card at any time, before arrival, during or after check in, without any written approval from the customer and may at any time cancel the Booking if the payment details provided by the Customer are invalid and the Customer fails to provide alternative valid details. 10. Booking Policy: When making a reservation with us, you will be required to provide: Passport or valid ID accepted according to Romanian law. 11. In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation, including taxes, will be lost. 12. Identification information including, your name, email address, contact telephone number, credit card information. The name on the credit card must match the guest's name, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. 13. Check in: Please inform BEDSY in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking. 14. Group reservations: We do not accept reservations for groups of more than 3 people, or multiple reservations that form a group, regardless of whether the name of the reservation holder changes. different conditions and/or additional supplements apply. Any reservation that does not comply with the above will be canceled without refund. Prepaid cards and virtual cards may not be accepted (At the property's discretion) If you do not have a physical card you will be subject to a cash security deposit. Local travelers: To be able to stay with us you must live at least 250 km. From BUCHAREST (WE RESERVE THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
