Spacious, clean and had all amenities

Ran out of gas for the bbq half way through cooking on first night.The king size bed was suppose to be split into 2, this left us short a bed. Maybe have Teflon coated pans, easier to wash up as we couldn't use the bbq

Situation was fantastic. Property inside looked great.

Had no air conditioning and temperature was pretty high. Had no remote for tv and we could not turn the tv on. We thought it was due to damage done to the remote. Spoke to realestate in regard to this, was told it would be sorted first thing in the morning. But I had to call them mid morning to get anything done, was told the air conditioning unit had been serviced recently so the air con service would not do anything. An agent came out to replace the remote, and brought a portable air con unit. This air con unit did not help at all. It was actually cooler outside than in, even though we had high temps every day and night. The second night in, my daughter worked out that the original tv remote actually worked, but battery was flat and remote needed recharging, which she did as she had a compatible charger to charge it. Maybe staff should get to know their properties in future, would have saved owners the money for a purchase of a new tv remote. The rollers on the screen door had seen better days, the glass sliding door require a good strong umph to actually open and close. and outside was not clean. If you do not clean the bbq, you get charged 100 dollars to clean, but the bbq was not clean when we arrived. Had dirt and gecko poo all over outside furniture, we cleaned the furniture on the patio, just so we could sit out there.
