I booked the place for 3 people, but there were no sheets for the sofa bed which was also covered in stains and nearly fall apart as we tried to open it. The condition of the place was so bad, the hallway was dirty and dangerous to go up with the luggage, inside the apartment a broken picture frame was “fixed” with a band-aid. The communication with the place was non-existent, they only sent templated messages and never actually responded when I reached out. I had to go to the nearest hotel to book another accommodation so all members can sleep, we ended up not even using it, but my cancellation request was denied and We got no compensation from them, and only 10€!!! compensation from booking.com.

Entrada de escadas muito apertada e suja, chuveiro partido e a água que saia por todo o chão por baixo da porta, chuveiro mesmo muito apertado, porta do quarto de banho despresa de baixo arrasta no chão, apartamento estava sujo muito pó e cabelo, mão da porta da máquina de lavar partida, a cama só tinha lencol de baixo e colcha, o sofa cama não estava preparado com lencois nem colcha e nós tinhamos reservado para casal com criança. Detetor de fumo com tampa da pilha aberta. Luz do teto colada com fita cola.

בסך הכול שווה את המחיר, אחלה מיקום, דירה חמודה לאדם אחד לכמה ימים בעיר. פשוט לא לצפות ליותר מדי. מיטה נוחה, חלל יחסית גדול, מטבח מאובזר, מיקום טוב בעיר, הדירה קרובה למטרו שזה נחמד.

המארחים לא מגיבים בכלל להודעות ששולחים להם בפרטי. אני הייתי שם 6 ימים שלמים ולא הציעו לי לנקות את הדירה / להחליף מגבות וכו', וזה היה מבאס. מבחינת מיזוג אוויר: מי שבא בעונה הזאת, אוקטובר, זה סבבה, כי לא חם מדי ולא קר מדי. אבל המזגן קטן מאוד, נמצא ליד המקלחת ולא מגיע לחדר. אם היה קיץ הייתי מת מחום. המפתחות לדלת של הדירה מזעזעים! מאוד מסובך לפתוח את הדלת מבחוץ, לילה אחד חזרתי מאוחר ובמשך חצי שעה נתקעתי בחוץ כי לא הצלחתי לפתוח את הדלת. בנוסף, המקלחת מאוד מאוד קטנה, בקושי אפשר לזוז שם, אבל עם זה אי אפשר לעשות שום דבר. אבל הדלת של המקלחת שבורה וצריך לתקן אותה.

Everything went perfectly, I recommend it.

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom is small, but clean and equipped, I didn't mind that it was smaller. I recommend this apartment, the metro station is very close to the apartment. The only thing that might bother someone is the busy street in which it is located.

Very very noisy so you couldn’t get any sleep, the bathroom was very tiny, just enough room to squeeze in to the shower

Sofa bed uncomfortable and dirty, the flat is only for two people, I asked the sofa bed to be ready as a bed to sleep because we arrived late and it was not. Super tiny bathroom. To go upstairs you have to basically climb so don’t take this accommodation if you have bags, kids, old people with you. The check out was until 12:00 and 11:30 there was cleaning people on the door.
