チェックインをする時に入口の番号がメールに届いて無かったので、ロック解除が出来ず電話で確認しなくちゃならなかったです。外人さんが出られ何を行ったいるか聞き取りにくかった。やはり、1人程受け付けなどして下さる方がいた方が、安心と思います。少し不便でした。
