OYO Superior Budget Inn Bartow

roaches, mold on ceiling, the smell, awful mattress, holes in curtains, holes in wall, furniture was falling apart. i should have slept in my car. the video of roaches would not upload. I only stayed 3 hours. I couldn’t sleep.

They gave me a room and switched it to another half way through my stay. That room leaked water on all my stuff. They switched the room again but wouldn't do anything about my clothes and stuff that was wet. Grilling was happening outside my door and the fumes were going into the room through the AC. Loud most of the time. People always outside around the rooms. Looks shabby outside but ok on the inside I the bet I can say.

The Owners of this Property are nice and were willing to work with me on allowing me to change rooms when the first one they put me in was not up to my satisfaction. They also worked with me on me paying the deposit when i was having an issue with my card.

We stayed during the Hurricane and our power went out around 8pm and was out the remaining night and all the next day, Which we were checking out that day. The power outage, I understand not their fault at all due to the weather. Not really mad about that, i dont blame them at all. Basically slept with the Door open all night long to get some sort of breeze to come through the stuffy, stale room. However with that being said i have still not received my Deposit back. Deposit has never been returned and after several attempts to contact the owner and retrieve my deposit back, i have had no such luck. I cant even get through to the main office to speak to owner. The fact that I should have received it, and have given plenty of time with the power outage being the excuse and all has become quite bothersome to me! Ive never had a problem with them before, now this time which was even "miserable conditions" to stay due to the outage. I feel we definitely should and deserve more than just my deposit back but I'm only asking for my deposit back!

Rude people, the lady @ the check in desk wouldn't let me pay cash for the deposit instead took it off my debit card and said that I would have to buy stuff to get my $50

It a nice place. I enjoyed my rest. Very hospitable people.

A dive for hotel never going back

This place is most definitely a negative 5 star for me! The room that we booked was dirty and they wouldn’t even give us a refund. They gave us another room and yet again it was still dirty. The bed had a dirty shoe print on it and the blanket was just the bedsheet cover. Everything was just wrong!

the guy that checked me in was nice great guy

the air don’t work, the beds r hard Nd one side was broke,the fridge wouldn’t get cold

nothing I was tryna be nice…

it was uncomfortable and I didn’t even get my deposit back
