The location is amazing! The pool area is cozy but with some serious problems!

I booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room at ground floor with a pool view and mountain view. It was spacious, however, it had serious problems with mold in the walls off one bedroom and in 2 the bathrooms. My sister is a doctor with lower immune system disease and she spent 3 days with allergy 🤧. We went during the beginning of the summer, so no reason for the wall humidity and wholes in the walls. It was too dark inside the apartment, no enough lamps during the night.

Both the property and its surroundings are noteworthy and highly recommendable. The communication with the staff, their responsiveness, and helpfulness deserve the highest praise. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Beautiful location. Clean and well maintained pool and functional apartment. Close to Volterra with an easy drive as well as other hill towns of the area. We loved our stay and wish we would spend a whole week there. Thank you!

Apartment was very dark, not enough lighting. Very country feeling (facilities and decor, not location)

Property is simple, rustic, yet beautiful! Pool is gorgeous, beds comfortable and linens lovely.

As location is off the beaten path, perhaps have a few basic foods & paper towels or let guest know to buy basic breakfast or simple snacks. Nothing nearby and the road to get to property is very gravely with lots of pot holes.
