Mr. Paul the owner received us with a warm welcome. He checked all the needs time to time and was very friendly too. He kept everything we needed available, extraordinary service. Eggs, Milk, Butter, Bread, Snacks, Bottle of vine, Squash, Popcorn etc etc. Very spacious and clean accommodation. Games for kids, Projector for movies, Comfortable Sofas every thing you need for a holiday is available. The picturesque view from the garden was soothing. We will visit the place again.

Spotlessly clean accommodation which catered for all our needs and more. The owner Paul was soo friendly and helpful. We all luvved the place and will definately return.

All that was missing was full length mirrors. Being a group of 7 ladies this was the only thing we missed.

Lovely warm welcome. Some lovely goodies left for us in the kitchen. Spacious property with plenty of room for the 8 of us. Well equipped, comfortable & clean. Good location.

Gorgeous property in a lovely, quiet picturesque location. Paul and Debbie couldn't have been more helpful - so welcoming, there if we needed anything but also left us to enjoy our stay. The house was so roomy - plenty of space for our family. Thoughtful touches - such as home baked bread, tea, chocolates, milk, butter, eggs, etc - and bath/shower products in both bathrooms. We loved the projector in the lounge and enjoyed 'movie nights' - (popcorn was even provided by the hosts!) An absolutely lovely house - if your looking for a property in this area, book this one - you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely nothing - the house was exactly what we wanted for our holiday.

Everything you needed was in the cottage, met Paul the host who was very friendly. Settled in very well, lovely facilities, downstairs bathroom was a godsend for my elderly Mum. Slept like a baby. Loved the welcome goodies too. Would definitely recommend 👌

Nothing comes to mind. Pleased with everything about the accommodation.

Well equipped in kitchen, bedrooms and living areas. Very generous welcome items wine, bread, eggs etc. Great location for exploring in and around lampeter. Thanks very much Paul.
