The staff was really welcoming

The pictures of the room advertised looked different than the room I got. In the picture looked more luxurious than it was. Still was comfortable.

The young staff was a welcome thing as they are very patient with guests. I enjoyed that they provided a translation device to facilitate communication since I don't speak Spanish. They are very joyful to serve and have made us feel very comfortable. I also loved that the main door at the reception is locked at all times to enhance security and avoid intruders.

The only suggestion I would add is for the facility to be a little more imaginative with the breakfast😃 While the portions are large and satisfactory, we would have appreciated a bit more diversity once in a while.

Great location, excellent service. The room was clean as always. I've been here before always come back!

Generally a nice hotel with very friendly staff. However, while the hotel is a good one, some rooms are not ideal, a little noisy due to closeness to reception ang garage. Other rooms are a little noisy due to street noise (not much noise really). Other rooms are very quiet. So ask to see and hear the rooms beforehand. The staff working in the reception, cleaning and kitchen are all very friendly and helpful
