Staff were friendly and the breakfast was incredible. The room itself was clean and warm.

Location could always be better but it was easy enough to Yandex everywhere

Behruz, the young man at the reception was very polite, friendly and supportive. As I drink a lot of coffee I always buy it in advance, but this time I simply forgot to put it into my bag, and I asked him for extra coffee, he brought it to our room. The cafe of the hotel is exceptionally remarkable. It's cozy and attractive. The dishes are clean and as in top restaurants. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. There was a big variety of snacks, meals, eggs, sweets, bakeries, cheese, drinks, dried fruit, fresh fruit, yogurt, tinned pineapples and olives. Our appreciation to the cook. My son is very discriminating and easily notices if something cheap is served. Due to the cook's skills this time my son even overated the breakfast, though he prefers to miss it.

Good location, great breakfast and amazing vegetarian & vegan food at the downstairs restaurant

Some receptionists could not speak good English, the heating was not started on our second day, our room faced the laundry area (and nothing else, thus blocking most of the light), we could smell everything from the the kitchen below, and the duvet was not clean - beside being stained.

The breakfast was wonderful.

I had an early morning flight, but stuff was very nice to give me a breakfast box to go.
