USI only stayed for one night but everything was great - easy to get to, nice room, water provided, great breakfast, and an all round very pleasant stay!

RUThe staff are very attentive and helpful. The decor in the restaurant and breakfast was exceptional. It was very clean and the room was a good size and well equipped. It was mostly quiet.

Staff were either asleep or on their phones and generally not helpful. Bed was uncomfortably hard. Room was basic. It was more like a hostel than a hotel. Better hotels are available at a similar price.
PLThe room and bathroom were dirty. The rooms were not isolated - I could clearly hear when someone was using the stairs or someone in room next door was taking the shower. The second day there was no hot water in the shower!!! The hairdryer didnt work.
ITESThe hotel staff contacted me on WhatsApp prior to my arrival to make sure someone would be there to welcome me. The bathroom was spacious enough. The hotel location is fine. The room is not expensive but I did expect a little more comfort.
The room would benefit from removing the old carpets and getting some fresh paint. It was smaller than I expected. Laundry service was expensive (10k per clothing item) so we decided not to use it. The hotel staff asked us to cancel the booking via Booking.com which we found strange and decided not to do. The WiFi was working poorly. The shower head was not working, nor was the bedside lamp.
