Rio Hostel

Only the location was good.

We had the unfortune to book this place. I have been staying in various hostels for 4-5 years and this might be the worst experience that I went through. We were staying in the room that is right next to reception. When we tried to sleep during the night (it was around 1.00 AM), the girls working in the reception were literally screaming and laughing outloud (probably drunk) and it was nearly impossible to go to sleep. As if that were not enough, around 1.30 AM they send another customer to our room although it was fully booked. I warned them saying that there is no spare bed in the room and they even did not apologize for disturbing everyone in the room. Also the bed was not comfy at all. All in all, if you have a chance to sleep in the streets, prefer that over this hostel(!).

La ubicación, las camas muy cómodas

Había muchísimo ruido sobretodo de madrugada, muchas voces y los caballos pasando por la calle todo el día. Las toallas se translucieron. No hay tampoco televisión

Location

Room was not very comfortable. You have the sink next to the bed and two doors (one for the toilet and another one for the shower). The building is quite old so the windows let a lot of noise in.

La posizione

La pulizia e lo staff. Cucina piena di insetti e lo staff non è mai riuscito a soddisfare una mia richiesta. Asciugamano chiesto e non disponibile (ovviamente avrei pagato), asciugacapelli non disponibile, spesso lo staff non lo trovavo in reception nonostante fosse l'orario indicato all'entrata. Alla mia richiesta di un evidenziatore per segnare le mie cose nel frigo, anche lì non disponibile. Non chiedo che ci sia tutto, ma almeno un asciugamano a pagamento dovrebbe esserci in qualunque ostello

La posizione central

C’erano scarafaggi in cucina e non era pulitissimo

La ubicación es magnífica.

El colchón está muy usado y se encuentra totalmente hundido en la parte central. Es súper incómodo para dormir. Hoy nos duele mucho la espalda a ambos. En el wc tan sólo había un rollo de papel higiénico (de muy mala calidad y poca cantidad) y no nos han dado ninguna toalla.

Buenísima ubicación y el personal muy atento y muy amable. Habitación amplia y limpia

Las camas son algo incómodas y suenan mucho al moverse. Mucho ruido desde bien temprano por los carros de caballos que pasan debajo de las ventanas y las cafeterías de enfrente

Todo perfecto,cercano a todo,limpio y con una terraza con unas vistas preciosas

Más sombra en la terraza, pero iendo en junio creo que la calor es lo más esperado ,pongan lo que pongan,jijiji no hay quejas
