"The stay at OYO 112 Semiramis Hotel was terrible, with dirty conditions, faulty AC, and an uncooperative receptionist."

The room was extremely dirty and unclean, including the bed, washroom, cupboards, and fridge, and the AC was also not functioning. Additionally, the receptionist named AHMED was incredibly unfriendly and uncooperative. He failed to inform us about the room's issues, booked it without warning, and took the payment. When I complained, he claimed the amount was nonrefundable. This was by far the worst experience I've had, especially at OYO 112 Semiramis Hotel.

It has a very good location downtown and all the facilities are available around it

The AC was not working. They don’t care much about customers I sent asking for early check in but I was given a deaf ear as no one cared to answer me with a simple yes or no response
