Friendly staff. Great location. Cabin 1 was very convenient for toilet facilities( essential at our age). Cabin was warm and bed comfortable. Very friendly camp owners dogs.

Having to get water from main block. Lack of a small rubbish bin in the cabin. We were fortunate that the weather was fine and mild and that our cabin was close to the toilet and showers.

I love waimeha village to get away from city life. Unwind relax. Get out on the bike and hike.

Be prepared for basic amenities. Shared shower and toilet and kitchen although kitchen has all necessary utensils.
