While the room was comfy, we didn’t appreciate the lack of maintenance, specifically a broken hair dryer marked 'do not use'. As a world traveler, there was an excessive security check-in process (passport + multiple selfies). Appreciated the bottles of water in the fridge and the coffee capsules and tea bags.
