Great communication with the host. Great support through WhatsApp. Easy to access the property. The house was clean. The room was comfortable and in line with the cost.

The location was OK, but we hoped a better location. The shared facilities are in line with the expectations, but not above expectations. The room was comfortable enough, but not above expectations.

Shared apartment with one bathroom for 3 bedrooms. Clean, well organized, kitchen available with refrigerator, microwave, etc. Good instructions for getting into the place.

A bit tough to do the shared bathroom with all three bedrooms filled, but was doable. Area around the property was really filthy. Perhaps a garbage strike? No apparent garbage pickup for some time. The property was fine, the area around it was shabby but safe.

There was free coffee and tea. The kitchen is very well equipped. The place is just nice. The room had a balcony.

The door of the bathroom is somehow difficult to close/open BUT it's not a real problem. The place is really nice.

good location, with parking nearby. 15 minutes walking from the main street (german colony) with plenty of restaurant options

the bed was a bit hard for us. we would have liked to have more pillows.

We found all essential things there. Especially we appriciate the free-available washing machine, place to dry the clothes and the coffee machine with coffee capsules supplied. The room was lovely and we enjoyed the balcony, where we had dinner and breakfast. And the landlord was supernice!

Perfect in all aspects.

It is in a great location,the host was friendly,design is nice,seems like there was alot of thought put into it. There was a problem at midnight with the lock but the host rushed quickly to fix the problem ,appreciated.

The neighborhood feels a bit like a ghost town alot of building with black windows with no soul inside maybe they are getting rebuilt .
