My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Stanton Hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel’s English-inspired design gives a cozy yet elegant atmosphere, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A perfect blend of charm, comfort, and warm hospitality — truly one of the best boutique hotels in Kota Kinabalu. We give it a solid 5 stars!

this hotel is beautiful and perfect for taking photos . The staff are very considerate and there is a 24-hour butler. The most regrettable thing is that the Queen Room has no windows. The room is a bit small and the sound insulation is not very good.

Very comfortable stay. Short Journey from the airport and is near big malls and food places. Kind, Polite, Hardworking staff with a interior and exterior design that feels modern and welcoming. Overall a very pleasant stay, 5 stars!!

Enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Lots of towels provided. Wall quite thin but not too much traffic noise from outside. Staff friendly and fast. Asked for iron facilties and got it in just 2 mins! For business trip, i recommend this place.

This hotel stay truly exceeded my expectations—definitely a 5-star review! The service was exceptionally thoughtful. The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles, and both check-in and check-out processes were super quick. They even proactively recommended local specialty restaurants and off-the-beaten-path attractions nearby, saving us a lot of time on trip planning. The housekeeping staff did an extremely thorough job of cleaning; there was not a speck of dust in the room. The bed sheets and duvet covers were crisp white and odor-free, and even the bathroom toilet and sink were polished to a shine. The towels and bath towels felt soft and clean, making the stay really reassuring. The room facilities were well-equipped. The space was spacious and bright, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I fell asleep shortly after lying down. What's more, the sound insulation was excellent—we heard absolutely no outside noise. The bathroom featured a dry-wet separation design, with complete toiletries provided. The hotel also offered high-speed WiFi, which worked smoothly for streaming videos and working. The hotel's location was another big plus. It was just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It was extremely convenient whether for sightseeing or daily commuting. To enjoy such service and facilities at this price point, the cost-effectiveness is outstanding! Next time I come to this city, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!
