Everything was just perfect, breakfast was amazing , staff excellent, such a lovely place will be going back next year

The weather

Breakfast very nice indeed Bathroom shower did not drain very quickly - meant to mention this to staff. Bath towels rather small? Geoff & Sam v pleasant Weather poor so didn’t go in garden, which was a mess. Wouldn’t stay again as wouldn’t go to Christchurch as again

A lucky find. Well furnished room, very friendly helpful staff and excellent breakfast cooked to order. Ideally situated close to shops and short walk to Priory and riverside. Happy to recommend to others.

Perfect for a summer break. Accommodation,location food all excellent.

No lift to the upper floors.

Everything went better than expected, food was excellent, staff attentive particularly Sam, local area knowledge was a bonus. With a choice of rooms of different sizes we will definitely use it again.

The location was perfect for walking to the High Street and other tourist attractions.

Breakfasts were varied and beautifully cooked . Gluten free options available . Staff were bright and eager to please .

Gluten free bread could have been better . Perhaps gf brioche buns ?
