Nice weekend getaway property for couples or family of four. We stayed in the Iris cottage. It has everything we needed. The only thing missing is an oven if you need to roast (we didn’t need one). However there is a cooktop, a toaster, sandwich press, capsule coffee machine, kettle and air fryer. The cottage is very comfortable and cosy, and romantic. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Daisy cottage as it had an indoor fireplace and we went during cooler days. Everything looked just like in the photos at the time of booking, it was clean and modern. Meticulously maintained property and surrounding gardens, family friendly. Nice touch to be able to see cows from the kitchen window in the morning.

"Beautiful serene location and delightful cottage."

The property was delightful and very serene, clean and quiet. Our one single issue was how uncomfortable the bed was, it was so rock solid uncomfortable that our hips and arms were numb and we turned like a rotisserie chickens to relieve the pressure on limbs all night. We would go back in a heartbeat if the bed was more comfortable..it feels like a very cheap mattress.. please up grade your bedding and we will be back in a heartbeat.

Mattress was like sleeping on a slab of marble.. it was actually painful..
