Good location in a small street near the railway station and airport. Looks newly renovated and was clean. The manager/owner of the hotel and his wife were very nice and helpful.

Not much space for your toiletries at the sink. When taking a shower the whole bathroom gets flooded.

Most importantly for me is that it's clean, and this place was clean. I think it's been recently renewed too. Looks very new inside. It has a kitchenette even. The manager of the hotel and his wife were amazing too. They were so nice and helpful. We left our luggage before check-in time and in the evening when we returned we found in our rooms. They did the laundry for us same day with very good price. The manager can surely help organize transports, because he said car to Hoi An should cost 250k, but Grab was 350k. Probably he can recommend a good and cheaper option. Location is also perfect. We walked from train station (7min), and we even walked to the airport (30min).

Maybe the bathroom door could have some cover on the lower part

It is spacious and it is comfortable. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Location great near train and airport. The staff were super super nice.

The only thing I would change is the shower. The glass wall is too narrow and the rest of the toilet gets all wet. Also maybe have a place to put the shampoo and shower gel? Even a small plastic basket. That’s it. Everything else we liked

Clean and quiet room. We had a good sleep. Special thanks to my host - warmhearted and very willing to help. was very reassuring as we do not speak any Vietnamese and our tour booking wasn’t very smooth in the beginning.

The room had a fake window with a brick wall behind it :( There is no ventilation in the toilet, and no windows in the room, so the room smells pretty bad once you use the toilet… The location was also not the best

Everything was good, despite my late arrival. They really work 24/7. Hot water was hot. The kettle worked well. The bed was big and comfortable. Owners were very kind to me. There is an elevator, no need to walk the steps with a bag.

It's a little bit hard to find food around during TET. But Grab delivery worked well.

Clean nice room. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of amenities.
