Jedyny minus, to brak klucza do bramki, za którą znajdował się sklep Netto, trzeba było okrążać całe osiedle.

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung umd sehr ruhig gelegen . Das einzige was nicht so schön war ist die Terrasse dort hätte man vorher mal Rasen mähen müssen der war war ziemlich hoch umd der Wasserhahn im Bad sehr locker das er fast abviel. Aber im grossen und ganzen warwn wir sehr zufrieden und würden es auch weiterempfehlen.

Гарне розташування. Спокійно, тихо і немає галасу. Поряд рибний ринок, магазини з продуктами. Море і пляж теж недалеко. В помешканні є все необхідне для, відпочинку, навіть паравани для пляжу. Приємно здивували розміри кімнат - для тих, хто любить простір точно підійде.

Єдиним недоліком є знаходження офісу на іншому кінці міста((( Приїхали після 19.00, офіс був по маршруту і ключи чекали нас в скриньці, що було дуже класно. Але паркування в районі офісу проблематично, навіть на короткий час - може потрібно виділити хоча б одне паркомісце для приїзжаючих, щоб забирати/віддавати ключі? Виїзд до 11.00 теж не дуже зручно. І це потрібно їхати через все місто, щоб віддати ключи. Якщо без дітей та тварин, проблем може бути менше - біля офісу є пляж, на якому можна відпочити до кінця дня. Але ми були з котом і наша компанія залишилася в районі квартири. Не зручно було повернутися та продовжити відпочинок хоча б до вечора, щоб потім спокійно поїхати додому..Може потрібно створити скриньки для повернення ключей біля помешкань, які арендуюються? При поверненні ключей на місці проживання буде зручніше відпочивати і залишати тільки максимально позитивні відгуки.

Stayed for a week the place was briliant plenty of space very well equiped top floor penthouse a steal at what we paid would reccomend and will definitely use again. washing machine dishwasher fridge all untensils towels etc just walk in with clothes and maybe some food...... easy access Netto for supplies alcohol and food.

Expensive for a apartment with no actual bed room . The landing upstairs is the master bed room with a good size en suite and the kitchen come dinning area is a good size but the apartment is not suitable for couples as the bed rooms are not closed off

Pretty nice family appartments with little garden. Shoopping close by. Great for some relaxing days with kids. appartments are quite new. good standard. nothing spectacular but clean, everything you need (incl washing machine). Also WIFI available! 😜

We stayed for a week and we were very happy with everything. There are all the utilities that a family needs to cook. They have electrical hobs, oven, dishwasher and a big fridge. The beds are comfortable and there's a washing machine with detergent in the bathroom. It's actually a very big bathroom with towels, soap and toilet paper.There's a closet with devices to clean and some toys for children. Free Wi-Fi, smart TV, Polish tv channels are also included. There's a sofa bed in the living room and a big terrace. In 10 minutes one reaches the beach easily. There's also a private playground and basketball court for people renting the apartments. It's an enclosed location and has private parking. There's a supermarket located 5 mins away from the area opened from Monday to Sunday. There's also a very good pizzeria also 5 mins away from the apartments. Only two minuses: - if you want to walk to the center, you need 30 mins at least. But there are also buses. - the city has charm but it is dirty, not very well taken care of by the locals or the government itself Summarizing, the place is highly recommended to spend some nice holidays because it's next to the beach and there are lots of beautiful things in Kolobrzeg but people should care more about the town.
