部屋にソファとデーブルがあり快適に過ごすことが出来る。朝食のパンが美味しい。

特にないけれど今回の部屋は窓からの眺望が駐車場だった… 朝食にフルーツがあれば最高だった。

温泉が気持ちよかった。子どもへの絵本の貸し出しもよかった。サービスのコーヒーも良かった。朝のバイキングも最高だった。窓から電車が見えて子どもが喜んでいた。テレビで子ども向けのアニメのサービスがあって良かった。日曜日で残念ながらレストラン閉まっておりましたが次回は利用してみたいです。お風呂の混雑具合がテレビで確認できるのも良かったです。

女風呂は入るのにキーロックがかかっているけれど、きちんと扉をガチャッと閉めないとロックがかからないから、前の人が扉をきちんと閉めてなくて扉が開いたままになっていた。もちろんきちんとしめてないのが問題なのですが、入って扉から手を離すと自然に閉まればいいですね。あと、風呂場に飲み水があれば嬉しいです。

ロケーション、大浴場、スタッフ良かった。

作務衣やタオルに、長年使っているような臭いがあって、臭かった。自分のパジャマやタオルは持参していなかったので使うしかなく、特に作務衣は一晩辛かった。それ以外は大満足なのに。ぜひ改善してください。
