Loader Apartment

The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. It is in prime location; very close to V&A. In walking distance but also one can drive and park their car in one of the huge parking lots in V&A. Very convenient. It is very safe; policemen were strolling on the streets every day, greeting us friendly informing us that they are on duty even at night, in case we would need them. But we did not need them :-) Housekeeping was very good.

We had to wait for the keys for more than an hour on a Friday evening in the cold street. When trying to connect NOX Properties, all the phone numbers we were provided did not at all work; we were directed to an answering machine and we could not reach anyone to find out whether at all we would be getting the keys. Very very unpleasant and unacceptable service. More than an hour after the agreed meeting time, NOX people eventually arrived with the key but we were very upset not knowing if we will have a place stay or not... I must though acknowledge that we were offered a pack of goodies for the inconvenience caused, which was nice gesture. But the experience was very bad, I must say.

One of the best apartments in cape town..!! Everything was amazing..!!
