1st time staying at this hotel. Room was lovely and clean, bed very comfy. Had tea making facilities. Nice shower with towels provided. Lovely fresh clean bedding.

Didn’t like the stairs leading into the property. If you have mobility issues like I do it was a struggle as no rails to hold onto for support. The steps were very steep.

The room was beautiful! Lovely decorated. Beds were very comfy! Rachel is very friendly and always accommodating if needing extras. Not far from the sea front and the attractions. X

Great little find in Skegness. The rooms are clean, comfortable and most importantly warm on a cold December day! The host is very friendly and welcoming. The boys had bunk beds which is great as most hotels only offer a sofa bed. Their was colouring and treats for when we arrived which they loved. It’s only a short walk into town, perfect for what we needed.

My husband being as tall as he is, the double bed was a little too small for us but for one night we can cope!
