Bauló Mar Apartments

Small scale apartment complex with the facilities you’d wish- a pool, small gym, laundry and it is located close to the boulevard and a 5 min walk from a sandy beach and beautiful Nature Parc with more sandy beaches. Son Bauló is a 10min stroll from the touristic part of San Picafort, whereas Son Bauló itself is a more residential area with some hotels. A choice of very fine restaurants and bars are a stone’s throw away. There is a bakery-supermarket around the corner, a large supermarket is 0.9km away. The pictures on booking.com are correct! The contact with the reception staff before arrival and during our stay was very pleasant.

Not a complaint but a small challenge we faced- Cooking for a group on a 2 pot electrical stove that overheated quickly and then shut down to cool-off.

The staff is super responsive - every time we needed something or something was broken or not working perfectly - it would be fixed quickly. The pool is small but more than enough to refresh yourself. The kitchen is tiny but it has enough equipment to prepare everything you need. The TV is big and nice, placed so that you can rest in the couch and watch something with your family. Everything is clean, the location is perfect and while there's no private parking we never had issues finding a spot for our car. Very recommended.

The gym needs a fan and a few more equipment to be fully functional.

Very nice place with great service and very functional apartments. Close to the sea, cyclists friendly, quiet and safe area. Bea from the reception desk very helpful and caring, she took care of our bike rental, additional entertainment and taxi appointment. The rooms are equipped with all necessary appliances, including a kettle, toaster, capsule coffee machine, and hairdryer. There's plenty of storage space in both the bathroom and wardrobes. AC working properly.

The apartment was lovely, clean and well located - hosts were really responsive and there were some nice touches like free coffee pods available. Also to note there's free parking on the road opposite which was really handy!

The gym was really nice to have but could do with a fan - it didn't open until 9am and it was already sweltering by that point!

The property was very beautiful and comfortable. Everything was new and in very calm colours. Also the kitchen was nice, it had everything what we needed. Location was good for us, because we rented a car. Super easy to find parking around. The swimming pool was great, and gym also, but super small.

By the end of the stay we found out that there were ants, even though we were living on the last floor, but ants came from balcony.

No elevator Sound isolation in the evenings. You could always hear others come in their room etc. Not very disturbing though, as other guests were respectful.
