Uma boa localização, lugar calmo e quarto limpo

O fecho da porta do primeiro andar só funciona com chave, meter o trinco simples a funcionar seria bom, as pessoas batem bastantes vezes a porta até perceberem que necessitam de chave, às 8 da manhã incomoda quando se pretende descansar.
