"Holidaying in a home that felt welcoming from the word go."

Loved the location. Loved the set up of the unit. The view was great. Air conditioning allowed the unit to stay warm as it was freezing out doors. Communication was so good with a response straight away. They allowed early check in it which was great as we flew in early and they allowed a late check out. Thank you

They ask you to transfer $300 bond to their bank account .. so it’s not a holding / authorization on your card a direct transfer to their bank account .. I checked out on 30th April and still have not got this bind back !! So it’s now my job to keep calling or emailing them to get my rightful bond back .. this is a stressful experience not how a holiday rental should be!! Unfortunately it’s a let down to an otherwise nice place

"Great value for money"

The views were amazing and it was great value for money, we were accommodated with early check in and late check out due to our flight times and they were so easy to communicate with, trams are close, shops were close we could not have been happier with our stay!

Location was good

The room had some faults. Toilet took a long time to refill. Not enough cutlery and crockery for the amount of people. Floor was a bit sticky

Location is fantastic. Beautiful views both day and night. Very quiet area and good walking areas. Unit is exactly as pictured and contained all needed for our stay.

Easy to get to location with great tram access and quiet in rooms.

Paying a bond instead of just giving credit card details made me nervous. Not enough milk for coffee.
