Excellent experience at Hotel AKA. The architecture is beautiful and the view is incredible. We had some travel inconveniences due to the weather, but Alexandra, the recepcionist, was always there supporting us and helping coordinate everything, which truly made a big difference. We are very grateful for her kindness and dedication. Highly recommended

הג׳קוזי היה מטונף אחרי הרבה חוסר פעילות כנראה, החדר התחמם מאוד במהלך היום כי כל הקיר שפונה לשמש היה חלון ולא היה איך לקרר אותו.

Staff and how well they took care of our needs. Including having our luggage transferred to a new hotel after our 4 day hike in Torres del Paine.

La tranquilidad

No había personal presente en el lugar, tuve problemas con habitaciones y solo obtuve ayuda vía whatsaap, no me gustó el servicio y por el valor que cobran es mucho mejor ir a un hotel. El desayuno te lo dejan en un estante con el número de habitación, un desayuno súper básico y simple. Considero que cobra un valor desproporcionado para el servicio que entrega.

Le personnel à l écoute du client. Ils nous ont beaucoup aidé. Une chambre très belle. Un bon équipement.

Le bain extérieur qui ne fonctionnait pas le premier soir de la location. Des boissons et des friandises sans prix les deux premiers jours.

Nicely appointed, good quality accommodation and well administered. They have reception from 15.00 to 22.00 but didn't realise this at first.

Out of town, but was close to airport.
