Llegamos a la hora acordada y no había nadie , tuvimos que volver para poder ingresar La ubicación es fea ,

We were given incorrect room information, which left us sleeping on a couch in the lobby the night (struggling to stay warm) before our full day trek. The entry code we received belonged to another guest’s occupied room, raising serious safety and privacy concerns. Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience, and I would not consider staying here again.

Me encantaron las instalaciones junto con la línea de cosmética sostenible, el desayuno, distribución de espacios y las tinajas!

Después de cierto horario recepción y/o servicio al cliente no se encuentra disponible. Tuvimos inconvenientes y no fue posible comunicarnos para asistencia con la tinaja que estaba apagada. Por el resto, todo maravilloso.

Away from downtown noice

Cabaña muy linda y con todas las comodidades que ofrecen , utilizamos una cabaña con tinaja que estuvo siempre encendida con el agua caliente lo que le dió un plus extra a nuestra estadía. El área de cocina compartida tenía todo lo necesario para poder comer sin problemas. El desayuno era muy rico y tenía todo lo que uno podria pedir. Cabaña ideal para ir a relajarse y desconectarse de la rutina.

El camino para llegar es de tierra y está en malas condiciones.

- Friendly Communication - Nice common space house with music and lovley breakfast (prepared in the fridge, perfect to start early to the national park, kitchen is well equiped - Hot tub and rooms were well prepared and made us happy - Parking area has plenty of space - Towel heater in the bathroom - Heater regulation works well - Comfy bedsheeds and nice views We had a perfect night in Puerto Natales!

Lugar acogedor, tranquilo, linda habitación, buen servicio, desayuno rico, con una tinaja ideal para descansar.

Tuvimos un problema administrativo , pero se solucionó, excelente disposición del personal

The houses are very interesting and the design beautiful! The beds are very comfortable and the space is more than enough to spend a day in Puerto Natales!

The shower drain was not working at all, which caused a lot of water to accumulate and I didn’t manage to take a shower! It needs maintenance urgently to be fixed!
