The friendly staff and the view. The bed was extremely comfortable with fresh crisp white sheets and warm blankets. The included breakfasts were amazing. The hike to The Temple of The Sun was incredible.

The shower wasn’t very hot and wasn’t earthed which when we touched the shower head or the metal shower handle, you could feel the electricity which is quite dangerous and will need to be fixed immediately. The plumbing needs to be earthed correctly.

Very comfortable bed, heater, superb view, the staff did their best with communication when our Spanish was extremely limited, easy walk from dock, breakfast was amazing and delivered to our room.

Shower was only really hot on the first day, and warm the other. Depending what you order for dinner, it may take a while, so probably best to clarify this if you're hungry

Muy cómodo al toque de la lancha, fundamental para no tener que subir con valijas. El desayuno no es buffet, pero es muy bueno. Hermosa vista!

Llevar o comprar shampoo y acondicionador porque no hay. Tampoco secador

Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse face du lac et aux montagnes enneigées. Le personnel très à l’écoute. Le restaurant qualitatif. La possibilité d’être déposé en bateau au nord de l’île pour revenir à pied. L’hôtel proche de l’embarcadère ( utile avec des gros sacs compte tenu de l’escalier ++)
