Having to wait for the concierge to drop off the keys

1. There is a bar down stairs so the music was annoying. 2. We were to check-in at 3pm but unfortunately the place was not clean and we had to check-in at 5pm.

We love staying at the signature because it’s very central and close to the V & A, the apartment was clean and comfy.

Unfortunately this is the first unit we’ve stayed in where soap, body lotion ect was not provided and when getting in contact with Propr, there was no urgency to get us soaps ect and we told the staff when they were still cleaning. There was no spare blanket and it’s the middle of winter. I think the standard should be better for what we paying. Customer satisfaction is usually key but I don’t think it is at 414 Signature apartments.

Excellent property, location, facility

We were charged separate cleaning fees for the entire duration, not a single cleaning staff showed up to clean the apartment during our entire stay, we were cleaning the apartment, we feel entire cleaning charges should be refunded to us
