AC worked well. Nice to have refrigerator. Water bottle nice touch.

Two steep flights of stairs for lowest room. Tiny room. Not soundproof. Took a while and a phone call to get access, not told this in advance. Rate charged was 50% more than posted rate. Does "free toiletries" really mean only hand soap and toilet paper on booking.com? Is this explained somewhere on booking.com?
