"The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location was excellent, with a great view from the terrace. All the major attractions, including City Palace, Pichola Lake, Bagore Ki Haveli, and the local market, are within walking distance. The staff were fantastic and very cooperative. Very good location, Jain food make good , Hotel staff good cooperation with nice Hospitality. Morning excellent lake view from Hotel, Also lake side Morning Breakfast so pleasant. In Restaurant Mr mukesh and Ranveer is very co operative staff.

The property is bit old. Proper maintenance would make it better place to live. The interior architecture is good but its little unhygienic. The bathroom doors were dirty. The sink was leaking. However, the hosts were welcoming and friendly. The property is close to all popular tourist spots.

There can be a few improvements. There are cockroaches in the room and washroom. Breakfast has only 2 option they need to have more options in breakfast. Service is fine overall but if improved it is a good place to stay in. Also when done nobody came in to pickup the dirty plates . There was no room cleaning for 3 days that we stay. Dustbins were not cleaned for 3 days. Overall cleanliness was not there.

very small rooms but the rates are too high we can get a better accommodation away from this congested area. the area is too congested that there is no parking area near the hotel, and if we prefer to book an auto at times due to congested roads we have to leave the auto at least 1km to 1.5km before the hotel and go by walk. Never stay in an hotel in congested areas of city especially lake view or palace view hotels as it really difficult to reach these hotels and there is no such great advantage, because as a tourist we spend most time sight seeing the city.

Great location and breathtaking view of lake pichola and also rooms were clean and comfortable, all the major tourist places are nearby like Jagdish temple, Gangaur ghat, City palace etc, and staff was were cooperative and attentive. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel and good staff but Nazara roof top restaurant staff is little bit inefficient with their work. Overall nice stay in the hotel and very neat and cleaniness at the hotel. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is nearest to boating place of Pichola lake
