Putu's Paradise Ubud

Amazing value for the money: location, friendly owners, good premises, Putu’s garden. We even got to see the monkeys as they sometimes come to the garden which was a memory I will always remember!

Bathroom is a bit outdated and needs renovation but it is still good for what you are paying.

Le Personnel est très gentil et souriant. Ils sont les premiers à vous dire bonjour dès que l on sort le matin de sa chambre. Mon transfert vers nusa lembongan à ete annulé et ils ont pu me proposer une autre chambre sans problème. Je recommande cette pension sans hésiter.

Good stay as per price nice stay

Dopo aver segnalato per 3 giorni consecutivi che i vari dispenser di shampoo, bagno schiuma e sapone non funzionavano son stati acquistati dalla proprietà quelli da viaggio. La vegetazione fuori dalle camere è molto carina, peccato per TUTTO il resto.

La camera che ci viene assegnata si affaccia ad un bellissimo giardino, con tanta vegetazione, purtroppo però questa è stata l’unica nota positiva. La camera risultava infatti fatiscente e sporca. In particolare il bagno non aveva finestre ma una piccola fessura che dava all’esterno, questo ha creato disagi soprattutto perché era presente un costante odore di fogna e dalle pianelle ristagnava l’acqua. Non avendo comunicato che la porta del bagno era difettosa, la prima notte mio figlio di 11 anni e’ rimasto rinchiuso dentro e solo dopo tanti tentativi e con il timore di dover rompere la porta siamo riusciti a liberarlo. Abbiamo chiesto di riparare la porta del bagno o di cambiare la stanza ma nulla in 5 giorni è stato fatto. La prenotazione della struttura è stata fatta mesi prima della nostra partenza ed in quell’occasione avevamo richiesto anche la possibilità di organizzare il trasferimento dalla struttura a Gili Air mediante fast boat e con driver a/r. Il giorno della partenza per le Gili abbiamo visto arrivare non un driver ma un bus (vecchio e senza aria condizionata) che doveva effettuare diverse soste prima di partire per Padang Bai. Anche La fast boat non era quella segnalata dalla struttura durante la prenotazione, bensì un’altra (senza aria condizionata e barca molto più piccola). Al ritorno dalle Gili il solito bus (prenotato) ci comunicava che per arrivare a Kuta ci sarebbero volute almeno 4 ore di attesa perché la nostra sarebbe stata l’ultima fermata e doveva fare prima tante soste ,ma ci viene comunicato che, oltre a quanto già pagato tramite la struttura con un’aggiunta di Euro 70 abbiamo la possibilità avere un autista privato che ci conduce a destinazione senza soste. Alla fine esausti e dopo mille contrattazioni abbiamo accettato il trasferimento a Kuta pagando Euro 20. Purtroppo il passaggio in questa struttura è stata l’unica nota dolente della nostra vacanza.

Extremely nice room- Spacious, bright, clean with comfortable bed. Stunning garden and so peaceful...at the center of ubud! Very nice staff and owner! Really recommend

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at Putus Paradise guest House. Location was fantastic, less than a 10 min walk to Coco’s supermarket, and back off the main road in a quiet little oasis, with beautifully tended garden and fish pond The twin room was spacious and clean, with a fridge, super comfy beds, good hot water & aircon, and rain shower head. There was a lovely balcony area with chairs and table outside to sit and relax, along with a hot and cold water dispenser shared with the room next door. Breakfast, served til 11am, was ordered each morning and brought to our room. Choices included scrambled eggs, omelette, toast and banana pancake, along with fresh fruit. Putu and Wayan were very friendly hosts, and ably supported by Gede a lovely young guy who made breakfasts and cleaned our room. Occasionally, we spotted monkeys passing through the property which was nice. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again. If not for the following few MINOR issues, we’d have given a 10/10.

1. Shower floor was out of level resulting in very slow drainage. 2. Curtain covering wall opening in the bathroom was overdue for a clean or replacement. 3. The breakfast toast was unlike normal bread, and not very appealing. After the first day we stuck to the pancakes, which were yummy. 4. Parts of the linen one one bed was ripped/fraying

Colazione buona, posizione ottima molto vicina al centro.

La camera era pulita ma servirebbe un pochino di manutenzione in più sopratutto nel bagno.
