The property was clean and appeared to be safe. In our room however, the microwave did not operate and the hotel did not replace it. The refrigerator did not work correctly and a service person was never sent to inspect it. It seems, if you are there on a weekend and have trouble you are just out of luck.

"Would’ve Been a Perfect Review, but the Breakfast 😬"

Coming into town on vacation the weekend of a Cardinals game was an expensive idea but I didn’t have a better option coming home plus I wanted to see STL, so I found this rather cheap hotel with an excellent location on the south side and booked in. It turned out to be one of the nicest Fairfield properties I’ve ever been to. The whole place felt extremely new, whether it was built or freshly renovated, they did an excellent job. Everything worked, was clean, functional, looked nice, and seemed like it belonged. The staff were also quite good, and the majority of the amenities present were excellent. I really only have one complaint about my experience, that being that the breakfast was quite honestly terrible. The experience would usually be enough to deduct a star but I’ll be nice because of the price. There was minimal selection and they didn’t really seem to care about restocking items that ran low. Other than that, this was quite a good hotel and I’d definitely recommend it for a room on the south side, or even a cheap way to do downtown because of the excellent location.
