Lavradores Boutique Guesthouse

Buongiorno, Abbiamo soggiornato un unica notte in questa struttura e siamo stati benissimo. La struttura è molto curata, non manca nulla eravamo 2 camere, 2 bagni e soggiorno con angolo cucina completo di tutto (macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie, tostapane…) L’appartamento si trova nel centro storico, non circolano macchine ed essendo su un palazzo antico con muri importanti é molto silenzioso. Appartamento pulitissimo, sicuramente tra i più politi del nostro tour del Portogallo. Ricercati e molto buoni anche il doccia schiuma e sapone da mani.

Very good location, spacious, great kitchen.

The room was fantastic and the breakfast basket just perfect. Everything was delicious and all amenities available. We would definitely recommend it for a short stay!

The only thing we didn’t like is that they don’t clean the room during your stay. We had a few issues with the toilet water malfunctioning and we had to solve it ourselves as no one came to clean while we stayed. Additionally, the fact that the check in was at 16:00 was quite annoying, as we had to make time since 11am with 37C outside… but at least they kept our luggage until then.

The shared kitchen is well-equipped. The entry system, which uses a code for both the building and the room, is convenient.

There were a lot of water stains in the room. There was a very unpleasant smell in the hallways in the morning. In the afternoon, we were never able to get hot water, not even lukewarm. The bed was a little hard. The soundproofing isn't very good, we were in the room next to the stairs, and we could hear everyone walking by. The terrace was under construction during our stay, these things happen, and it's for the best, but we weren't told about it.

The location was excellent. The room was large, bright, fresh and clean. It had a beautiful bathroom.

Nothing much to complain about with the exception of a motion light between bedroom and bathroom which is quite harsh in the middle of the night if your partner needs to use the facilities.

O pequeno almoço estava fantástico, produtos frescos e pão quentinho servidos numa cesta, é uma ideia fantástica. O apartamento é muito acolhedor e tem todos os utensílios necessários, incluindo máquina de café, que é algo muito raro de encontrar. O estacionamento foi relativamente fácil, apesar de um local pago, ao fim de semana não se paga. O staff é muito simpático e atencioso.

As cortinas existentes são pouco eficazes a conter a luz intensa do sol matinal

Adorei o quarto, funcional e acolhedor! Com água , café e frigorífico. AC. O atendimento muito simpático e descomplicado . Senti-me mesmo bem ! A recomendar
