I recently stayed at The Leela Palace for three nights, and it was truly one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. Having travelled to many countries, I can confidently say that this hotel and its level of customer service exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we were picked up at the airport until our drop-off, every detail was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. The hospitality was outstanding throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with the breakfast options being a particular highlight—there was a wide variety, and everything was of the highest quality. A special mention to our butler, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making our stay even more memorable. Overall, it was a truly luxurious and unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier comfort and service.
