"Exceptional"

Wonderful apartment on the 3rd floor. It has a big balcony equipped with a table and chairs so you can have a nice early breakfast with a great view, or just sit there at night with your spouse drinking local wine. Location was perfect for us. Every evening we could easily reach the embankment of the Tagus river and see great views. The local vibe there is awesome. Special thanks to João and his hospitality, he is a great host. There is also an underground three-level parking in the bulding, so you can always be sure you'll get a place to park your car, just don't rent too huge car, because of the narrow passage, we had Ford Kuga and the parking sensors were always beeping, but we didn't get any scratch anyway. This apartment is a great choice if you're 1st time in Lisbon.

None, just a few light bulbs need to be replaced, the rest is ok.
