Hmmm, maybe coz quite cold water with low waterpressure, but in the end, it was fine when comparing the price. Pilliows not good.. but overall I liked the place.

No breakfast, which is not the norm in Ph. The room was clean and quiet

The A/C turned on but did not cool. In the Ph, that is simply unacceptable. So try the A/C and if it doesn't work, I'm sure the staff will move you. No wifi.

When we got there around 7pm, I talked to the receptionist regarding our reservation. She was surprised and confused, and was insisting that there was no booking done under my name. I showed her the confirmation here in Booky and the mail I got as proof, that’s the only time she was convinced that we have indeed made a reservation. She then called one of the cleaning staff to quickly clean the room. I was asked to go upstairs to check the rooms, and I saw the staff hurriedly sweeping the floor, and to my surprise it was really dusty. I have reserved 3 rooms and it was the same case for each, all the rooms were untidy. We were asked to stay in 1 room while they finish “cleaning” the other 2 rooms, all in less than 10 minutes. I even confirmed with the staff if they’re not gonna change the sheets, as it looks like someone hasn’t stayed in the rooms for a while and the covers were a bit dusty too. Then she told me it was already changed, how can you do that when you haven’t even swept the floor properly, and you’re not aware of the reservation in the first place. Oh and the bathroom is another story. It was dirty and I feel like every bathroom fixtures were too old and rusty. It was not a very nice experience, we checked out so early in the morning and did not stay long until check out. It was not worth the price we paid for a day of stay for 3 room. we literally just slept the night, maybe spent less than 12 hrs. My niece even had lots of bedbug bites. :( Also, they don’t even provide you complimentary water, you have to pay for it. If it was not only late that night, we would look for another hotel to stay in.

not free use of pool and the rules of management is very strict

brought me a kettle when I asked for it

no point in having a kitchen, it had nothing in it. not even mugs and the sink was so dirty. not in a touristy area either! we left a day early
